1st. time I have been disapointed.I called to set up an appointment.told the person I wanted a oil change and usual check up .Let them know to change the oil and install new recalled air bag since I received a call few months ago and was told the parts were avalible.I said nothing about tire rotation.One and a half hr. after bringing car in was told service was complete but did not replace air bag because I did not let them know soon enough to have parts in.Told lady about getting call few months back.Came back and told me they found a airbag in bin.15 min. later told me it was installed .I paid bill and left. Thought bill was a little high but I get sticker shock all the time with the inflation.Got home and looked at bill. Should have done it before I left. I seen I was charged for tire rotation.I had tires replaced less than a month ago .Have maybe 300 miles on them. Called and talked to lady next morning.She said she ask me if I wanted rotation and I told her I didn't remember that. well thats that.live and learn.

I had called/taken my car to the get looked at 4 times before they could "find what was wrong". My engine light and power steering light kept randomly coming on. As well as my power steering going out. The steering wheel was locking up randomly while I was driving. Every time I took my car the engine light wouldn't come on. I finally got my car into the service station while the engine light was on. The status read "pass and fail" on all sections after being hooked up to the machine to check why my engine light was on. So they had to still figure out what was wrong. It was finally fixed. However, I should've have had to bring it in that many times for them to check it out. I have a 9yo child who rides in my vehicle. I felt he was being put at risk because they "couldn't do anything if the engine light wasn't on while at the service station".

I asked to have the hydraulic lift looked at on the hatch because one of them had fallen off and I hooked it back in. I don't think it got looked at as it fell off again the next day when opening. We normally always get great service so I'm sure this was just overlooked.

Approximately 45 minutes later, Steve came in to inform me the work was completed. He then showed me the inspection sheet, renewed my 150 days in DriveSure...and I was on my way!

Took my Malibu in for routine oil change and tire rotation and technician found oil leak. so I had to reschedule to see where leak is and they got my car scheduled in quickly. I had a recall on my 2022 Buick Encore Gx. I had taken it to Firelands here in Norwalk and was told yes it’s the turbo charger. 2 days later I went to pick it up and was told they changed a vacuum pump and if the check engine light comes back on just bring it in again. Well I did not go back there and made the decision to take it where I bought it. Best decision ever!!! I was kept informed of the status of the work being done and everyone there is extremely nice!! I truly appreciate everything that was done for me!!

When I asked for my oil to be change I told them I did not want my tires rotated and they still did it. So I was charged for that. Previously they changed my tires and it had to go back because the wrong tires were put on my car but now none of my tire sensors are working and they want me to pay $900 to get them fixed even though they worked when I took my car to get the tires changed. I have made it pretty clear to people that I will not be purchasing a vehicle from there in the future.

Service tech rude on phone call. I had to return my truck, a sensor light came on having to do with a fuel issue. Service call rep. checked the code. He lifted the hood and checked some wires did not solve issue. took it for a drive had auto tech check it out, Service call rep. said that they did not reset faults after they remove the covers. Old service reminder sticker was not removed from the wind shield. I asked to have my Buick points used on bill, that did not happen. This is the second time in my last three services I had to take it back right after leaving, I hope posting these comments will not reflect against me on future service,

As usual Steve in service was awesome. They had it done in a timely manner and without an estimate, price was almost exactly what I expected. That being said, I asked a couple of questions about some potential work needed on my '13 sonic. Steve answered my questions but I admit to being sticker shocked. I really need your company to offer financing on service work over a set limit. With the cost of living today, I can't pull $2000 out of my hat.

I believe I have at leased three Chevy equinox is from this dealership. I purchased the last one. I absolutely love the Chevy equinox. I love that you guys have the ability to come pick my car and my husband‘s car up for oil changes and we are out of town. It is very convenient as I teach and he works midnights so the fact that we can get that done in our cars are back by the time we need to go to work or come home from work it’s amazing and we appreciate the amazing job they do for us each and every time. When it is time to get new vehicles, that is where I will go! They have amazing customer service!

I took my Equinox EV in for a recall for the Pedestrian Sound Alert. The vehicle was taken back for service on time and returned a short time later. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. I have been a Sharpnack customer for about 25 years. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Sharpnack and have them serviced there even though it is 40 minutes from my home.

The HUD display unit had a crack in it. Since I have owned this Buick a very short time it was replaced free of charge. When I picked up my car there were finger print all over the dash and windshield. I feel this should have been cleaned better! Footprints all over the inside. Not very professional! Another very scary problem, we were driving down a rural highway at night and suddenly ALL lights in and out of the car. My husband was able to pull the car to the side of the without us being hit by another car. A very scary time for us! It was totally black in the car. After a period of time the lights came back on on their own. We could have been very easily hit by another vehicle! We were told that the vehicle just had to be rebooted. They said that other cars have had this issue, if this is true why has their not been a recall done on these cars? General Motors and Sharpnack are leaving themselves open for lawsuits! To be perfectly honest were are not at all satisfied with our 2025 Buick Envision! We owned Cadillac's before and bought the Buick because we did not want to go to an electric car and I wanted to stay with our local dealership, Sharpnack 's. I believe we will rethink this! A very unsatisfied customer!

Your vehicle should've looked the same as when you dropped it off to us. To touch on your question about recalls, these are typically determined by the manufacturer or safety regulators based on a specific threshold of safety-related data. Sharpnack takes your concerns seriously and have notified GM about your issue. We hope your conversation with our service manager helped as well. We hope to see you again in the future.
